Kimchee at the Super G

Come join your fellow heathens as we explore the Super G! Super G is one of the best Asian grocery stores in Charlotte. They have an excellent Korean restaurant which serves amazing Bulgogi, Bibimbap, spicy soups and various Korean dishes. There are separate Chinese dumpling and Thai Bubble tea vendors as well. Seating is shared between the three. We’ll meet in the seating area in the back right of the store at 2 PM. Come hungry because some of the Korean dishes are huge. Update: Optional photo scavenger hunt. Show up at 1:30 and walk the store, take pictures of anything that is cool, interesting or that you’d just like to know what the hell that thing is. Post them to the event page for comments. After lunch we can break into smaller groups and wander the store. There are lots of interesting foods and merchandise that you won’t see elsewhere, especially in the produce and seafood sections. Come join us at the ice rink for some wintertime fun! This event is family friendly, but family is not required to show off your skating moves. For those interested in catching a drink (and maybe nursing some bruises) there will be a group heading to Pintville after the main event.We’re looking forward to seeing everyone!
